Interior and Exterior House Painting
Interior and exterior painting with the prep coastal paint actually needs — because on the Gulf Coast, paint fails from underneath.

This is for you if…
- Your exterior paint is chalking, peeling, or fading fast on the sun-facing side.
- You want interior walls and trim done cleanly, with furniture protected and the house left livable each evening.
- You've paid for a 'two-coat' job before that was really one heavy coat, and you want the process shown, not promised.
And honestly, not if…
- You want a one-day blow-and-go spray job over unwashed siding. Coastal paint fails at the prep stage, and we won't skip it.
What it is
Interior and exterior residential painting. Salt air, UV, and humidity attack a paint film harder here than almost anywhere inland — salt crystals hold moisture against the surface and the summer sun cooks the binder. The difference between paint that lasts and paint that peels in two summers is almost entirely prep: washing the salt off, killing mildew, sanding and priming bare spots, and applying the film thickness the manufacturer's published instructions call for.
Problems this solves
- Peeling and blistering on sun-facing walls — fixed with real surface prep and correct film build.
- Mildew ghosting through fresh paint — treated before priming, not painted over.
- Painters who vanish mid-house — we work your job daily until the last touch-up is done.
What's included
- Pressure wash and salt/mildew removal (exterior)
- Scrape, sand, caulk, and spot-prime
- Full masking and floor protection (interior)
- Two finish coats applied per the manufacturer's published instructions
- Daily cleanup and a final walk-around in good light
How the job runs
Every project follows the same sequence: a free estimate, then a written scope and start date, a pre-construction meeting before we pull out a tool, work on your job every full workday with photo updates, and a final walk-around with you before we pull out. The full process is here.
What affects the timeline
- Surface condition and how much prep it needs
- Number of coats the substrate requires
- House size and height
- Weather windows for exterior work
- Color changes (dark to light takes more coats)
The same factors drive cost — explained in plain terms here, with no figures, because your written estimate is the real number.
