This is for you if…

  • You own the home and plan to keep it, and the bathroom is the room you avoid showing guests.
  • You've had moisture problems — soft floor near the tub, peeling paint, a fan that never kept up.
  • You've been burned before and want a written scope, a written date, and one crew that stays until it's done.

And honestly, not if…

  • You need walls moved or an addition framed — that's structural work, and we don't do it. We'll tell you who to call.
  • You're flipping on the cheapest possible budget. We build bathrooms to survive coastal humidity, and that means doing the subfloor and waterproofing right.

What it is

A full bathroom remodel within the existing footprint: demolition, subfloor inspection and repair, waterproofing, tile, vanity, fixtures, lighting, paint, and ventilation. On the Emerald Coast, the part you can't see matters most — humidity works on a bathroom subfloor year-round, and most of the failed bathrooms we open up failed underneath, not on the surface.

Problems this solves

  • Soft or springy floor around the tub or toilet — usually a humidity-damaged subfloor, and we repair it before anything goes on top.
  • Grout and caulk that mildews within months — fixed with proper waterproofing membrane and ventilation sized to the room.
  • A remodel that stalled halfway with materials in the hall — we work your bathroom every full workday until it's finished.

What's included

  • Demolition and haul-away
  • Subfloor inspection, and repair where humidity has done its work
  • Waterproofing membrane in wet areas, installed per the manufacturer's published instructions
  • Tile floors and shower surrounds
  • Vanity, toilet, tub or shower set
  • Lighting, exhaust ventilation, paint
  • Daily photos and a final walk-around with you

How the job runs

Every project follows the same sequence: a free estimate, then a written scope and start date, a pre-construction meeting before we pull out a tool, work on your job every full workday with photo updates, and a final walk-around with you before we pull out. The full process is here.

What affects the timeline

  • Square footage and layout
  • Tile and fixture selections and their lead times
  • Whether plumbing or wiring moves
  • Subfloor repair — very common in coastal humidity, and we won't cover it up
  • Site access and parking

The same factors drive cost — explained in plain terms here, with no figures, because your written estimate is the real number.
